Okay. Last night I had a mood crash of epic proportions. It was totally weird because I've been *fine* psychologically for months. Anyone that's spoken to me or has been around me for that long knows this.

Yet I take the following pills, and I slide right off the rails:

- Ferro-Grad C containing dried ferrous sulfate 325mg, sodium ascorbate 562.4mg
- Blackmore's B6 PMS Support containing Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 240mg, equiv. pyridoxine 197mg
- Endep 10 containing amitriptyline 10mg

Now, the first two are just vitamin pills. Iron for my ever-low iron levels and B6 to help me with the horrendous bloating and other PMS things that I have cause, really, I'm terrible with it comes to that week before my periods. The third is Endep, a pill I used with absolutely *no* troubles a little more than three weeks ago. Yet last night I was a freaking MESS a few hours after taking it.

I'm wondering what the heck has happened? What the difference was? I'm taking more Lovan than I did when I used Endep the last time, but not by much. And this is only because I was terribly forgetful about Lovan when having to take a slew of pain-relief drugs for the migraines, and once I was off them (and still getting the migraines, mind).

Do any of you with knowledge of drugs on my flist know what could have happened? When I was using Endep before it was the drug from heaven - I was sleeping SO much better, my headaches were practically non-existent. This morning, despite the depression, I've woken up at a reasonable time, well-rested and non-headache-y. I've not felt this good for months. And I'm NOT tired. I actually slept entirely through the night (Though that may have been the one-and-a-half valium which REALLY kicked me in the butt last night, even though a few weeks ago it did practically NOTHING.)

If you can help me piece this puzzle together, I'd be ever so grateful!!

Oh YAY!

Guess what, folks?! It looks like I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome! Fucking YAY! So, here's a running tally of my chronic diseases:

- Endometriosis
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome
- Migraines

That's three, count 'em, THREE debilitating, painful and incurable maladies for the price of one! Hooray! My doctor says that it doesn't make a difference if I change my diet, but Mum's decided that, considering my father has the same issues I do with his bowels, that she's going to try the family on some wheat-free reciples. That said, I don't know what the hell I'm going to have for breakfast. There's wheat in the house, oats. I guess I'll have some watermelon or something.

*sigh* I have a website to put up. For my friend. Once that's done, I'm zenning out. Somehow.

I fucking hate the internet sometimes.

I want to buy these:

Prismacolor Col-Erase Pencils

These have the wonderful advantage of being erasable, meaning I can rub out the colour. What difference does this make, you ask? Well, when I use regular graphite pencils, they invariably leave behind a sort of black smudginess after inking. The blue pencils may do the same, but they'll be a definite colour that I can edit out with digital techniques (Colour replace in Photoshop for example). This means cleaner inking, less smudges for me to rub out in the final scan and I save time with my comic work.

Unfortunately, amazon.com are a pack of raging douche-bags who don't ship to Australia. Jerks. This means I need someone in America to let me 'borrow' their address, and then ship me the items. I'll pay back the costs through Paypal, and you'll also have my ever-lasting gratitude.

If you're open to helping me out, lemme know.

Much love,
Nancy.

First of all, the 30 Plus vitamin pills I bought are, apparently, useless for me. They promote endometrial growth and that's the LAST thing I need. They also inhibit iron absorption, and that's what I'm currently trying to give a good kick in the pants to get my iron levels back (I was 16 and most women are supposed to be at about 20-22). Then B6 isn't supposed to be any good at helping bloating and stomach problems at all.

But fennel and probiotics seem to be effective, so I'll have to give those a go. I wouldn't mind so much but vitamin pills are so damned expensive, I'm so damned broke so basically I've wasted money on magical elixirs. :( Fuck it.
