- I like the look. He looks like a math's teacher. It's stodgy for his young frame. His hair is mad. I LIKE it! It feels like old Who again! He looks like an alien trying to wear human clothes. THAT MAKES ME EXCITED.
- Ginny Weasley! No, not really. She better be cool. I'M TRUSTING YOU, MOFFAT! The shoes give me hope. She looks like a girl that can do a lot of running.
- NOOOOOO. NOT RIVER BLOODY SONG. I hate that stupid cow! GAH. Though, she is looking MUCH better here, like Companions and Doctor Friends of yore. How the costumes were in the 70s and 80s.
- Wow, TARDIS dun got big, and dun got SWANKY. Apparently this is for HD issues. I was looking at the TARDIS they used with Baker and hells bells, that had a rough paint job. I liked the mis-matching glass panes though.
The look of all this feels MUCH closer to the older series to me. And that really excites me. I like something about Eleven. He looks like how I imagined Ford Prefect. I've missed that mad, weird alien vibe that the Doctor had at the beginning but it slowly leeched away.
I've been thoroughly enjoying the Gallifrey episodes of Fourth Doctor, and, God help me, I secretly hope that the Doctor manages to bring Gallifrey back somehow, or some Time Lords, so he can go back to being apathetic and unimpressed with them. He's all dewy-eyed and nostalgic for them now, and that's just weird for me, now that I'm refreshing my memory with old episodes. But I know how he feels - I miss Gallifrey too. And the countless bits and pieces of Rassilon. And the silly hats and collars. I love those best of all.
Maybe I'll write it as a fic. And Romana'll be in it. Cause I *like* Romana very much. If I wrote a Ten fic where he got to do all that, would you read it? It probably wouldn't be romantic. He's not really like that.
