My darling little Xena baby just ran into the house. Aww, I think and go to pat her.

But what's this? Her feeties are black! At first I think she's been running through mud! Silly girl!

But no. I sniff her. She smells like motor oil.

THE BITCH IS COVERED IN MOTOR OIL PAST HER KNEES. It's on her stomach, tail, right into her toes. There's nothing for it. I have to bathe the bitch.

Do you know what it's like trying to bathe a cat that not only has NEVER had a proper bath, but doesn't LIKE water?

FUCK. It's a miracle I came out of it without any scratches. At all. But there's still a little oil left, I couldn't wash it all out. I'm really worried that she's ingested a lot of car oil. It really does look like she'd been licking herself all over. God, I couldn't stand it if my baby girl got sick! I love her so much! :(

I officially suck as a "Mat old cat lady". I can't even keep my fucking cats!!

thats like when my kitty Chicco knocked over an aromatherapy oilburner (not lit thank god!) and got herself all covered in dewberry oil.

i was SO worried that it would poison her if she licked it off (plus it STUNK the house out!) so i attempted the old bath thing.

i dont think i have ever bled so much in my life, nor received so many dirty kitty looks and ignorance in the weeks to follow!

Wanna know the kicker? I think she knew it was bad stuff cause she stayed inside ALL NIGHT and slept with me. So she forgave me, which is really weird cause she's effing vindictive when she wants to be. Strange cat.
