I'm on the first day of my periods, and I'm having sharp endo pains WITH the slow, hot cramping. Great. I've been in excrutiating agony ALL FREAKIN' DAY!

Mum's made spaghetti - I can't eat it, it'll make my guts hurt worse. *sigh* And I'm too sick to really make myself something to eat. I just feel so shithouse. I have to wait ten more minutes before I can take more pills, which WILL carry me off to the land of nod.
