That's a quote of something. I don't remember what. I watched Karate Kid tonight, for the first time in years. God, I laughed so hard. I need to make little moving icons of things, like the Evil!Sensei doing "Fist Of Bitch". Seriously, who the fuck thought of putting Elizabeth Shue with Ralph Macchio in this movie? Ralph looks fourteen, Elizabeth looks about 20. It's SO WRONG. Especially when they start open mouth snogging!!
Still, her "You're the BEST!" cry, leading into that song? Dear God, too funny!!

My brother and I were HUUUGGGE Karate Kid fans. Back when it first came out on cable, we had a VCR that had a pop top opening and a wired remote (now I'm really showing my age). We had one video tape we recorded that had Revenge of the Ninja, DC Cab and Karate Kid on it. The only problem was that the tape ran out before the end of the movie, so for years we'd watch that movie, and it would end with him warily balancing on one leg to do the final crane kick.
The music would swell, he'd get into position, the camera would cut to a close up of him, then back out to the dramatic two-shot... then....
Static!
Gotta love those 80s!!!

Next movie?
"SHE CRASHED MY CAR!"
Yep, that's the 80s all right *ROFLMAO*
Any movie with that line "Hey it's the 80's" in it is PURE GOLD!
