The Eye of Horus has become a symbol that means the world to me. It sings with my spirit, and when I see it I feel comforted and whole. I wear it in silver around my neck, and I feel the moon energy filling me. I've always felt that to me it signified the moon and protection, and I had the feeling it meant something more. I knew it meant more, because since wearing the Eye I've felt warm, I've felt hope and renewed determination of my life path. I never knew the detailed exact meaning of the Eye, so I did a websearch. I came up with this:

I had no idea how much of a moon symbol it was, or how it represents hope and completion. I think this symbol came to me at a very important time in my life when I needed it. These elements are things that help me a lot - hope, the moon, and completion. So anyway, my favourite symbol. I might get it tattooed on me somewhere one day.

Very cool. I actually happen to have an Eye of Horus in my iconage, and am basically just posting it because of its unique coloring and slight modern edge. I always thought it would make a good tattoo. But then as tats go, I'm just not a fan of black & white ones.

Now go draw more damnit! I've had a shitty week and need something to be cheery about.
