Letters to Body Organs...
Sep. 14th, 2010 07:48 amDear Uterus,
You're up early this morning! You know, I love waking to the sounds of the morning birds. The doves, the magpies, the singing honeyeaters! The ravens cawwing enthusiastically to the impending dawn! You know what I don't like? Being awoken by slow, inexorable, back-bendingly sore period cramps. Especially at 6am when I went to sleep at about 12:30am.
While I have your attention, I'd like to also lodge a complaint about the fact that you did not ramp back the agony after I took my painkillers yesterday afternoon. Not even pelvic rocking helped. What the ever-loving hell? That's not in the contract, you slippery pink sack of Satan.
With teeth-gritting tolerance,
Your ever-loving Host.

I feel for your pain, trust me (another endo victim). I'm sure you've probably tried everything but TENS or e-stim always worked wonders on me for cramps from hell.
