I was just watching the Doctor Who: Confidential for the last two episodes. There's a clip where Alex (who is just adorable IRL) is talking about how tough it was to be horizontal in the wire rig for the "Out of space lock" shot, to Matt Smith (whose back is to the camera). This tiny, adorable little girl walks up to Matt, says, "Hello Doctor!" Then goes to walk past him. And Matt sort of pats her on the head and says, "Hey!"

AND IT'S SO DAMNED CUTE MY OVARIES EXPLODED.

This is true. I think the Third Doctor is dead sexy. But that's purely Trudy Cooper's fault. I didn't notice till she pointed it out. But she also turned me and my brother on to Kerry O'Brien.

i <3 Amy and 11. I liked 10 and Rose but i adore Amy and am hating that Rory is going to be along for the ride. ught. hopefully its temporary!!! i guess 11 is the doctor for me :)

river is getting annooying. I think we're at least 2 episodes behind you guys unless you download and until i get a portable lap desk my laptop keeps oveheating!

River has moments of annoyingness and awesomeness. I swing from hating her to liking her. I can't know how I feel about her until I discover her whole story.

I loved her in ER. That's why it's weird for me to dislike a character she's playing. Like, I watch the actress talk in the Confidentials and it's like, "Good Lord, she's ADORABLE." But as River Song, they do something weird with her make up and she just looks so smug and pleased with herself. It's like it's all about her and getting one over on the Doctor. It's only when things go wrong that we see the true depth of her feelings for him, and her vulnerability. When she's nice, when she's caring, that's when I like her.

Amy, however, is just the Awesome Parade, with the floats and the hot dogs and the ice creams and the confetti and everything. She just is.

i'll probably wind up getting one with the netting in front and tons of feathers because its just so whimsical! i have a huge collection of giant flowers that are as big a small hat i pin to my head happily. Having short hair is actually quite fun :)

What I usually do is twist my long hair and put it in all sorts of interesting twirls and swirls close to my head. I have some little pin-on sequined, beaded thingos from the 30s that my Granny gave to me, but they're so fragile I dare not use them. I bought one that was new just recently - my Gran would have loved them! They're in fashion at the moment so they're not too hard to find. So I like to add feathers and shit to them. I'm very crafty. Etsy is a waste of money for me cause I can make stuff on my own!
