I was listening to the start of that song, and trying to figure out where I knew it from.

It was one of the songs that was used in an aerobics class I went to! They had a very cool music selection.

It was pretty cool- the Les Mills BodyVive. I'm sure it depends at least partly on your instructor, but the class I was in was very much into loving and caring for yourself and your body. In a fun way.
