Bad anxiety.

Hey y'all.

I am having one hell of a weekend of bad anxiety. I don't know if it's the metoclopramide that I took yesterday for my nausea, or my worrying about Melma lately, or my completely messed up sleeping patterns. Just since Saturday, my anxiety has been off the charts and my thoughts racing like nothing else. I've also not been able to take my anti-inflammatories (Ponstan) as I usually do. I had my last dose yesterday morning. I may have also missed my damned Lovan last night as a result of the interruption in my usual pill habits.

And this weather doesn't help. It's stressing me the fuck out. Blah!

I had fun watching X-Files with Tina yesterday. Sadly my nerves couldn't take any more of the dark set-up, even if the show is more of a mysterious romp.

I don't know what's wrong with me, I really don't. *sigh*

just a FYI i used to take metaclopromide for nausea with meds, until i found a disturbing side effect. It interacts with endo and actually the reason you don't throw up is that it can cause in most cases diarreah instead! i asked to be switched to a new anti-nauseant (just ask for one that they use on chemo patients theres like 100 of them) i'm much happier now and i can eat again!

i'm also really anxious lately. I can't take anti-inflammatories as it triggers hemmoraging. My doctors can't figure out why. The only anti-inflammatory that won't mess with my hormones is advil which of course does nothing :(

It's the autumn blerrgs.The cure is a little of what you fancy,a hot bath and curl up with a nice book.
