Why am I awake?

I was tired at 12. I totally was. I went to bed, started reading, and before I knew it it was 2:30 in the morning. Oh shit. Kept reading, hoping to hit that point of 'Oh fuck, gotta sleep'. It never came. I lay in bed in the dark trying to get to sleep. I didn't get to sleep.

It is now 5:30 in the morning and I'm STILL NOT ASLEEP.

I hate this. I have a migraine threatening me, I can feel it crawling around in the back of my head. I keep popping nurofen in the hope that it'll just FUCK OFF already. I am REALLY TIRED but I just can't sleep, fuck it. GAH!

And, incidentally, I miss my old Xena buddies. My 'clique'. God, we used to have fun.

Oh, we did. *smiles* I still have fun like that with Sandy, actually. Talking about Ted and Xena stuff and just being good mates. We're there if you ever wanna dip back into the Xena waters. ;)

We did a couple of weekends ago. I'm organising weekend hang-out sessions so hopefully I might be able to drag her along to one of those. :D
