I hate losing fan fiction. Over the past twelve years, I've moved over about 4 hard drives. In the process, I somehow lost the most complete copy of my one and only Buffy/Xander fanfic, "A Matter of Spiff". Stupid fic title, not a particularly amazing fanfic either. But it was mine, it was my little foray into Buffy and I thought it was tucked away safe on some HD. Sadly, it isn't.
I distinctly remember getting to the point where they were kissing. Instead it cuts off at Giles' place. Weird. I'll keep looking but I don't hold out much hope.
Ah well. It sucked from that point on anyway. *sad sigh*
