Intermittent package loss.

We're having issues with the bloody router again. Intermittent package loss. The last time this happened iiNet said that it was probably our router and that we had to reset it to factory settings. Mum doesn't know how she got it to work again. It was complete fluke. *sigh* I need to do something. I'm on a rollercoaster of pain medication at the moment and the internet is welcome distraction.
