Secondly - Many HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes to grace_in_greek. The girl is a fucking angel. Way nicer than I could ever hope to be and one of the most supportive people I've ever encountered on the net. God bless every cell in her body.

Pain news: It's sticking around. This means I will most likely have to see the gynae again and consider some form of birth control. Which means - a period of time where I go out of my skull on hormones. Oh yay! But I'm not going to fall into depression like the last time. I'm a little swollen again but if my cousin and other women with endo can lead productive, fruitful lives, so can I. I just have to suck it up and not be a whinging bitch. That said - I can't sleep. Too sore. *impatient sigh*.

Art news: I'm doing a comic image exhibit at the next WA sci-fi event, SwanCon. I want to raise general awareness of my upcoming comic titles, particularly BirdMartiaN: Issue 01 which will be coming out reasonably shortly. Hopefully I can sell a few nicely coloured and signed prints, too.

I'm going to try to get shit done in the next few weeks. It really is a priority for me. Oh, and announcement time. This is big for me, I'm really excited.

I will be producing a graphic novel. I've decided that as well as writing a regular novel out of Amaryllis, that I will also write and illustrate it as a graphic novel.

Mermaids. Comic art. Swearing. Drinking. Ecological drama. Dolphins. Hot chicks on the beach wearing very little. Hot rock boys in shirts that ride up while they're wailin' a tune. What more could you want in a comic?! (Well, what more could *I* want in a comic, really).
