I AM SUCH A FUCKING DUNCE! GOD! I'm too stupid to LIVE! How could I be that THICK?!

HOW could I fucking miss it for this long?

THE HAND, people, THE HAND! I didn't get the hand! I should have gotten it RIGHT AWAY! It's The Doctor's fucking hand! CHRIST! WHY did I not get that?! Sweet Jesus, here I am, Agatha Christie nut, pride myself on noticing details and I didn't notice THAT big whopper?!

And I tells ya - Gwen and Jack's friendship *makes* that show for me. I don't know what they have, it's not romance, it's not sex, it's something deep and awesome and I love it, whatever it is. :)

I don't understand? I knew the hand was important (how could anyone not), but how is it dr10s hand? I thought he had both his hands? or did I miss an episode somewhere?

You missed the Christmas Episode from the year before (when he was first with Rose). He lost his hand when he was in regeneration mode (it was only a day after his regeneration) and it grew back but the other fell to earth from the space ship.

Long story - best to get your hands on the Christmas Invasion.
