'Parrently some lassie has her knickers in quite the twist over this fine day. But she also hates Hallowe'en, an' I figure anyone that don't like holiday fun needs lessons in losin' their inhibitions.

Well. I know I prob'ly be annoyin' some a' ye by now, but it does make me very happy to celebrate this day. I don't get to travel today cause a' me battle wounds, see, an' this saucy wench of a Cappin' Mad Bonney needs rest herself or she be in some pain. You's all I have to talk Piratical to.

So I beg ye to humour this silly chit of a lass, fancyin' herself a scallywag, unable to shush her waggin' bunghole.

Lol, I think I only caught about half of what you've said. All I know for sure is that if she doesn't like Halloween then she's really f'ed up in the head. Everyone loves Halloween!!
