Not bad for Dan, even though it ages him a decent amount. ...But whhaa, a little, 'cause it doesn't really ring true for Harry, to me. *Sniffles* But hopefully it -shall- be a bit more Harry-ish in OotP.

I don't think it's going to -blow-, but I really hope the director and people don't completely just ignore the relationship Harry and Hermione -do- have, even if it's friendship, and try to gratuitously shift the focus to Hermione and Ron or Ginny. That's just gonna be distracting and throw the plot off. Blah.

For me, I like the shorter hair on Dan, makes him look cuter and older.

As Harry though, I think most of us agree PoA was the best and most Harry-like 'do. I didn't mind GoF at all, it just didn't look as good as PoA, it was a little too shaggy for me. And since his hair wasn't what it should've been in the last movie, I don't think it's so bad that it's not quite right here in OotP either.

Only thing I don't like is how it's combed flat in the commercial for the Queen's birthday party. Ick. I sure hope it's not like that throughout the movie. *crosses fingers* Who would do that to his hair? Don't they know how adamant we HP fans are? *sigh*

True, true. Funnily enough, I think I recall JKR actually speaking out about that one herself, lol. Told all us rabid fans that while she deeply appreciated the dedicated fevor, that we should chill out. I think she said that as long as Harry has his mother's eyes, that's the key really, they don't necessarily have to be green. But I agree with you. Plus, I think Harry's eyes are to die for. *drool* :)

I did think it was interesting that recently, with the behind-the-scenes looks at GoF, David Heyman mentioned that red eyes would not have worked well with Voldemort because you wouldn't have been able to notice the expressive quality as well. I don't know if he was just covering his ass or what, but it does feel as if they do pay attention at times. I just wish I could remember a few more examples.

Anyway, he does indeed look very delish, I agree! :)
