I'd spent ALL day sewing that fucking corset, with gut pains that wouldn't go away. I was having cramps that day, too. But I was determined to go out and show off my costume. :) It was well recieved.

I love the costume, much more elaborate than mine, where the only real nods to piratehood were a plastic sword, an eyepatch and a bandana *g* The corset looks fantastic!

I wanted a parrot this year, a parrot and a cool corset, and a cool hat. :)

I tried to get Scotty to wear the crown of thorns, but he was adamant that he wasn't going to. Had the girly complaint that it gets tangled in his hair.

Tina does make an awesome Buffy.

And Ruby - well, honestly, she just dresses up like that. Had nothing to do with Halloween, just happened to be in that kit on the day. LOL!
