They're all covered in sesame and they have Chinese 5 spice, they're pretty uncomplicated but they're so delightful. The spices do a little dance with the pork on the tongue, and the sesame and the lovely slightly grainy and crunchy outside gives it that yummy satisfying texture. And you have a little plum sauce with it, and it adds this sweet dimension that makes the pork SING. So. Fucking. GOOD, YO.
