Okay - now what the fuck do we do?

One of the traps went off on a baby mouse. On its MUZZLE only! Now we have a squeaky-breathing broken-muzzled little mouse in a box.

Do I give it to Lenny? He'd finish it off fairly quick. Or do I keep it in the box and wait for it to die?

WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO?!

I feel responsible for this cause I'm one of the stupid bloody humans putting these traps out. I should at least make sure that none of the little beggars don't go through pain.

Any advice, please. *sigh*

ETA: The mouse is now an ex-mouse. Cat finished him up in a gobble or two. Thank Christ!! *sighs* Soooo much bad karma being racked up for me!

ETA2: We've been keeping a tally. Each trap is christened. Scotty's is Vic Morrow, mine is Jayne Mansfield. So far, Vic has caught three, Jayne has caught two. I know, awful things to call traps but we've got the gallows humour cause in reality, we hate the fucking things and it's the only way we can cope.

Pain getting ridiculous!

Okay. It's been really *really* bad for about four days now. I mean, terrible bad. It's starting to get to the point where it's bothering me quite a lot, rather than just a little bit. To the point where I find it very difficult to distract myself from it. Let me put it this way: It *really* fucking hurts.

Mum got stronger brand of codeine pill. Super yay!
