The Numb3rs Online gallery was loading funny for me, but when I loaded it in IE I couldn't use the very handy 'Copy image location' thing, so I tried to load the page again in Netscape and it didn't work.
I got frustrated and made a funny noise that made me feel better. Mum looks at me and goes "Down girl! Down! Woah there!"
I was like, "Huh, what?"
"That was a whinney if I ever heard one."
I thought about it, remembered the sound I made and realised the awful truth.
David Krumholtz made me neigh like a pony. God damn you, man!

Don't play for safety -- it's the most dangerous thing in the world. One change always leaves the way open for the establishment of others.
Wow. Them's words to live by, peoples. Oooh! They sent me another! Here's some pearls from that one:
We look upon the enemy of our souls as a conquered foe, so he is, but only to God, not to us.
Life is too short for a long story.
The ultimate tendency of civilization is towards barbarism. The prudent person may direct a state, but it is the enthusiast who regenerates or ruins it.

Numbers Episode Recap: Pilot.
Nov. 7th, 2005 04:26 pmSeason: One
Episode: Pilot
This was a little difficult because it was the first ep, and I'm a sucker for a running joke. But in future, people might actually read these episode reviews in order. So I have to have the episode running jokes *running the right way*.
I didn't bust a funny-bone trying to be super-amusing, but there might be an odd bone or two in here.
***WARNING: Not for Dial-Up! 88 Images Under Cut!!***
( Without further ado... The Pilot! )
I'd like to thank Hilary and http://numb3rs-online.net for providing the screen caps! Gracias!

Numb3rs Fangirling yet again...
Nov. 7th, 2005 07:18 pmDamn. I'm so in the zone tonight. You can't stop me making fucking stupid jokes. Whee! Can't wait to watch tonight's episode! (New Ep, Yay!) I know, I have the entire first season on disk but it's not the POINT. I LIKE getting it once a week and spacing it out like that. Makes it special. :) Plus it's nice to sit down in the lounge and have my chocolate and my comfy spot and my big wide-screen TV and enjoy the giant Eppesness. *happy*
Dear God...
Nov. 7th, 2005 09:36 pmDear God,
You've created many beautiful things in this world of yours. The Grand Canyon. Angelina Jolie. Kittens.
But nowhere is your splendour more apparent than when David Krumholtz and Joseph Gordon Levitt are talking to each other in the VERY SAME SCENE.
You are a good, kind and wonderful God!
Much love,
your little spark of life,
Nancy.

A conundrum...
Nov. 7th, 2005 10:25 pmWhat should I do?
There's a great forum called Numb3rs.org and it looks like there's the fun-loving numb3rs obsessed people I'd like, and I wanted to share my ep recaps with them.
But they're very rude, aren't they? And the actual producers of the show visit the forum. So I don't think I'd be welcome there. But there are plenty of good little jokes in there that aren't rude.
So - should I just - maybe I could make a journal *just* for my censored ep recaps? Or wouldn't they be as funny? I'm not the Queen of Subtlety so I don't know if they'd even be amusing anymore...
Lemme know. It certainly is a conundrum...
Plus - any thought of the POSSIBILITY of David Krumholtz even seeing those ep recaps mortifies me beyond comprehension. "FUCK. ME. NOW" is not the kind of impression I want to leave with the poor man. *>_<*
