I am in so much agony atm. My right tonsil is swollen up like a golf ball and I can't swallow. My neck is just throbbing, and it hurts to speak. I feel shit, so shit, I just want to curl up and die.

I'm going to the doctors tomorrow, but it's just going to cost me money because Medicare are so fucking hapless. I just want to cry, you know? I feel so bad.

And it's made me feel utterly depressed, I feel like everything I've done is hopeless, yadda yadda, not true but I just feel so bad that I can't get up and get to work.

I'm going to get off and rest some more. It hurts so bad. >_

Poor babe! Is it a strep throat? Because you could gargle with salt water to help kill the bacteria. Also if you can swallow later, drink lots of tea and hot chicken soup.
