Well, that was good while it lasted.

It is now day 5 since starting Lyrica, and the pain is withstanding the dosage.

It could be that it's the week coming up to my period, and that my uterus is raising merry bloody hell in an attempt to remind me who is boss, but what little Miss Hellbeast doesn't know is that I'm supposed to be taking *TWO* doses of Lyrica a day, not just one. I've been taking one to acclimatise to it. Hopefully two will do the job.

Aaaaargh. HURTIES.

Sorry that you're not feeling well. Now here in the States, Lyrica is primarily used for fibromyalgia, DPN, after having shingles (o_0), and partial seizures in adults. *pleading ignorance* Do you have that as well, or is your pain management doctor trying that out for your endo?

My gynaecologist and pain management specialist think that my pain issues are from all the guddling around that was done in my guts (which wouldn't have been necessary if my dipshit original gynae had EXCISED THE ENDO IN THE FIRST OPERATiON). Basically, the nerves have been agitated. The Lyrica is supposed to settle down the nerves, and it's been doing a good job. :)

I had two doses today, it's working well. :D
