I think that much is clear in the way she killed that Dalek. *Shudders* That was fucking creepy. Don't think the Doctor would have grokked that.

I can't have been the only one to have read River's dismay at the Doctor apparently being dead, and demanding to see the body, because *she knows she killed him in her past and his future*.
