Cabbie fined for refusing guide dog.
All I can say is - GOOD. The article says one in three guide dog owners were turned away by taxi drivers. ONE IN THREE. That is a fucking shocking number!
ETA: Oh, there's a bit of racism in the article too. The Department of Transport is blaming the immigrant drivers for turning away the dogs.
