Oh, God, completely inappropriate. It's ridiculous enough that he's getting the Nobel Peace Prize, but to bring up the war and use this moment to justify his decisions to the world? Not right.
He didn't deserve it in the first place. I sincerely would like to know what crack the people on the Committe were smoking when they came up with the justification that "he deserves it for his potential."
