Doctor Who Withdrawal imminent!

I've got five stories to go before I have to download the rest of the episodes. It took me three months to get 22gig. It's taken me, like, a week to go through roughly sixty-five episodes.

Must. Have. MORE.

Gotta say, Sarah Jane leaving was a bit of a blow. I'd gotten to really, really like her. She's been one of my favourite companions ever. When the Doctor says she's his best friend, you believe it. I really love the purity of their relationship, it was just darling! I have to get the Sarah Jane adventures, I really want to see them. I hear they're fairly awesome. :) How did she get her hands on K-9? Anyway, I'm going to watch "The Deadly Assassin". And set up the download for the next batch of episodes. :)

In the 1980s, the BBC Attempted to give Sarah Jane and K9 their own series, "K9 & Company." A pilot was commissioned and made, showed as a special on the Beeb. In the opening, Sarah jane recieves a package, a large wooden crate, from the Doctor. In it is "K9 Mark 3." They go on to defeat a coven of witches, nad not get picked up for a TV series.

It turns out the only reason it didn't go to series in 1981 was because there was a change in Controller at BBC1, and the new guy didn't want to commission anything developed by the old guy (which happens all the time in television).

That said, K9 and Company is dreadful.

If you don't know how she got her hands on K-9, then you need to watch "School Reunion" from season 2 of the new Who... While the show isn't as good as Doctor Who, it's better than nothing when going through Who withdrawl...
