Just sharing some really amazing tweets that I've seen today.

• RT From Iran: "140 characters is a novel when you're being shot at."
• 00.30 am. still awake. still waiting for more horrible news
• special forces burst in my friends home & arrested a few injured protesters who had sought shelter there. she says there is blood on stairs
• one of my friends came back from azadi. thanks god :)
• Tabriz uni has asked the students to vacate the Uni & dorm by 8 am tomorrow. cause they cant guarantee students safety
• some of my friends were beaten today with bats, & they laugh abot it. they r crazy :|

My Mum joined twitter and has gone green for Iran too.  She's so cool!

I cannot help but continue to be amazed at how these people are handling this massive crisis. I don't do Twitter, but I've realized that the main color of my journal just happens to be green, so I will support 'em that way. I will also be able to support the cause tomorrow because I managed to bring up a shirt that's green...

I'm sadly short on green articles of clothing. I have a green wrap dress that I can wear over some pants, and a mint green top. I'm going to go buy some green ribbon and start wrapping that around my wrist regularly. Might also put it around our door knocker or something.
