*grins* I am SO proud of my state right now. Seriously, just basking in the fuckin' joy. It's only us, Massachusetts, and Connecticut (and Vermont starting later this year) so far that offer marriage--though some others over civil unions. But hopefully the number grows larger.

I've got high hopes. :)

I hope it starts a wave of awesome gayness. I hope it at least gets people thinking. Maybe, one day, the government here in Australia might take the issue seriously. Even if it's just for a discussion, it'd be some progress.
