There's a general taboo on the talk of periods, the big red, bloody mary time. I don't know one woman that likes to have them, but we do have them, and I would not like to be without them. Doesn't mean I *like* them, it just means that I'm glad I have them. Means I can have babies one day and stuff.

Anyways, as much as I'm not allowed to talk about them, I'm going to, cause I personally don't understand the problem with talking about them, and it probably wouldn't hurt men to know what the hell some of us girls go through, don't you reckon?

I go through agony. Yep. Deep hurting, people. Writhing pain. Of course, ow... my bowels aren't happy unless they're absolutely empty, otherwise I feel like I constantly need to go to the loo for a big one. Not only that, but my back hurts, my thighs hurt, and if I'm in pain enough, I feel like puking. Most often I get my periods at night, but being in such exquisite pain, I do not feel like sleeping, no matter how tired I am, I just can't. I can't even sit still for all that long. At the moment I'm having the most painful period I can remember having for some time. Unlike the other periods, it came on suddenly without any warning cramps and the blood started red, straight away. This is not usual for me.

Anyway, just thought I'd share. I'm too sore to write much. I hope I catch Azina in the mail or online today or tomorrow.

Nancy(Exhausted and agony-riddled).
