Bad start to the day.

I couldn't get out of bed today, was very depressed. Couldn't figure out why. I'd had a phonecall earlier and it was that damned ex-psych of mine who caused me all the trouble. I said I was fine now and that I'd be fine and I didn't need to see her anymore, thank you. Went back to sleep. Woke up - depressed. Just the *sound of her fucking voice* made my mood crash. Way to go, lady, you made me even nuttier. *sighs*

Got to call that other psych and get my shit sorted out before I go completely loopy.

I don't know why she phoned me. I called the place and asked to be referred to someone else a couple of weeks ago. I never got that option - I was just discharged, because I didn't want to see her.

Good riddance to the place, if you ask me.
