In Georgia (the state, not the country Russia hates on), we've been able to vote early for any reason for a whole month. Even then I had to wait 30 minutes to get to my booth, so I can only imagine what a madhouse the lines must be right now.

Did it at 7 this morning post-workout - and I had to wait to park the car, get my ballot, and turn it in. We use paper ballots with optical scanners in my town. I was number 89 when I fed my ballot into the machine. That's HIGHLY unusual for that time of the morning. So, yes, voter turnout is very heavy in my neck of the woods in MA as well.
