A. The same as my dream now: to be magnificent.

A. Ambition.

A. Tomato, which is technically a fruit or something.

A. Can't remember. I don't read much anymore because I'm too busy writing... which may well be a self-fulfilling negative.

A. Aries.

A. Ear piercings only. One day I might get a tattoo, but I'd want the initials of people I love, and I'd end up with the fucking alphabet over me... I'm thinking of creating a pair of jeans in that manner. At least I'd be able to take them off.
9) Worst Habit?
A. Conceit.
10) If you saw me walking down the street would you offer me a ride?
A. Well, I walk everywhere generally but sure.
11) What is your favourite sport?
A. Baseball, possibly.
12) Do you have a Negative or Optimistic attitude?
A. That very much depends. I have no glass-half-anything attitude but Full or Empty.
13) What would you do if you were stuck in an elevator with me?
A. I would make you laugh for the first half hour, then drive you to distraction until we were released. I'd only intend to do the first bit, though.

A. You'd have to get an objective opinion on that.

A. I have a real love of rubbishy novelty/comedy records like Snot Rap, Right Said Fred and Kinky Boots.

A. Nope. You know I can barely sustain my own life...

A. I would hug you, apologise for the mess and invite you in. Then we'd go carousing through London Town.

A. A fascinating and unusual character in the very best way.

A. I've never been bothered about clowns either way.

A. I'd look like Ava Gardner. All or nothing.

A. Well, I'm working on the #1 issue, i.e. the weight, so... I hate my nose. It's gotten fat over the years. It didn't always bother me, but lately... yeah, I can see why rhinoplasty is popular.

A. I usually play the conscience.

... THAT IS SO COOL! Oh my GOD, we have to tell ghost stories!! I've had a few odd experiences, but my experiences pale to that of my sister, who is sensitive (she doesn't refer to herself as psychic for some weird reason, mainly because she doesn't think she's good enough at it to warrant that term, but she really is psychic, it's spooky).

Date: 2008-09-13 02:47 am (UTC)If you go back a bit in my journal, say, about seven years, you'll meet a very different girl. I was really, really unhappy with myself, I was constantly depressed and felt suicidal, and all I could see in myself were flaws. Reading that person, it's kind of hard because I realised how much I've changed, how much happier I am these days.
I guess I wanted to say that, even in your darkest hours, know that things DO get better. You'll begin to feel more comfortable with yourself eventually. Unfortunately nobody really tells you that about getting older and wiser. They tell you all about your butt getting flabby or your hair going grey or the fact that young people don't 'get' you, but they never tell you that you feel better in yourself and that you can learn to love yourself, with all your flaws and foibles.
I just keep thinking that if I'd have done myself in at that point, like I felt I wanted to, I'd have missed out on *so much*. And I'd never get to be the better person I am now.
Anyway, I just wanted to share that little thought with you.

I didn't know what KIND of scientist, I just knew I loved science. Oh and I take care of Henry my grandmother's dog quite a lot so that he acts like he's part mine (well he thinks my lap belongs to him anyway). I like animals :P
