But this day is really fucking sucking bad. Headache. Went to the psych's office and I had the day of the appointment wrong. Centrelink are heavying me. I'm stuck at home with nobody to hang out with. I just feel shithouse. :(

i suggest a nice hot girlie bath with bubbles and your favourite music... singing along at the top of your lungs optional. then your favourite episode of your favourite show, or just something that will make you laugh.

if you're still feeling shitty, go cut up some old magazines or something and make a collage about how you're feeling. by the time you're done, you'll have a cool piece of art and will have "gotten it out".

My day hasn't been as bad as yours, apparently. The weather doesn't suck up here, the workload is average.... a pretty cruisy fly-in day, all up.
