I love the IT Crowd. I used to do that job, so I like it perhaps a bit too much. My favourite moment is still Roy in the first episode saying to someone over the phone 'Are you calling from the past?'

The guy who wrote it (and also Father Ted) has a very good blog, called 'Why, That's Delightful', BTW.

It's about an IT department in a basement. They get a new manager who knows nothing about computers. But she knows how to interact with people socially so she becomes their 'relationship officer' as it were. Hijinx ensue.
