You've given me vast amounts of joy, through fonts, through art, throu fic, before we pinged on one another's personal radar.
You sow seeds like that in the world, and this is what you reap. Someone pours anger and hatred and negativity into the world and it curses them. Someone offers love, joy, sweetness, beauty, and this is what you receive.
I really do believe that, sooner or later, the Universe repays you in kind.
Well, I like to share my happiness with others because I want the world to be as nice a place as possible and it all starts with our own actions. Plus it's just fun.
If that little action brings me support and friends - then damn, I wasn't asking for a reward or repayment, but I surely feel loved. :)
And, of course, your not having deliberately, selfishly engineered this is what makes it work. I have an IRL friend who, any time I do something for her, says, "You didn't have to do that!" "I know I didn't," I reply. "If I had to, I wouldn't!"
