That is so much more interesting than our local politics! *jealous* We just got the politicians in the neighbouring municipiality building a sports arena everyone is against, which just keeps getting more expensive by the headline.
We have the opposition leader of state government, Troy Buswell (if you do a search on news.com.au you should come up with a bunch of stories).
First there was the fact that he snapped a fellow female politician's bra strap.
Then there was the photo of him wearing a viking helmet with beer cans on it.
Then he was in trouble for sniffing the seat of a fellow female minister after she left it.
Then there was the *false* interference with the quokka claim, but because of his previous behaviour, nobody could tell if it was a joke or not and took it as red.
And then there was the crotch-grabbing. I haven't read the details of that one. Needless to say, he's a colourful politician at least.
Then he was in trouble for sniffing the seat of a fellow female minister after she left it.
Not just sniffing the seat mind - going round sniffing all the chairs in the meeting room she was just vacating saying "I bet I can guess which chair you were sitting in", before holding one over his face writhing in mock sexual ecstasy.
I'm doing okay now, I had a rough month or two after my doggie died - as sad as that sounds - buut, things're pretty good right besides it getting freakishly hot around here. Plus I'm having a Very Proud To Be Californian day so I'm pretty bouncy. How're you?
