In one point of the video, Tom Cruise is laughing crazily and saying that he heard someone ask him, "Have you ever met an SP?" He laughs, claps, grins and says, "One day I want life to be like that." SP is a Suppressive person. That is, someone who speaks out against Scientology. Yeah, I think it's fucking spooky as well.
Tom doesn't meet SPs because nobody wants to deal with his crazy. There's no point in talking to him. It's better to talk to those that are on the brink of leaving anyway, those that aren't in Scientology's bubble of special treatment. Ask the lower ranking people how it is and you'll get a HELLUVA different story.
It cracks me up - Tom thinks the 'tech' (ways of converting a person) works every time. He wouldn't be able to convert me. To be religious for a moment (which is very very rare for me but I really mean it), I walk with Jesus. I live for love. And there's no love in taking every cent a person has ever earnt and making them your drone. (And yes, I hate TV Evangelists, they're bastards too). Trying to be close to God is free and always will be.
