logansrogueOn Friday, my niece Ruby was sitting in the kitchen, stuffing around with my ancient Creative mp3 player with a wopping 64 MEGABYTES space. I'd put a few ELO songs to listen to on long drives to and fro from places cause my Dad's car doesn't have a CD player. Or an mp3 player. Nope, just a tape deck. Holy moly, remember those?
Anyway. So Ruby's pissfarting around listening to "Xanadu" as she calls it (she immediately recognised the sound of the band and linked it back to the songs in Xanadu at the fresh little age of three - seriously, the girl makes me so proud). She presses the 'on' button and the first song comes on. VERY loudly.
She frowns, looks at both Tina and I who are chatting about somethingerather and shouts: "TOO. LOUD!"
Tina and I both lose it. I swear, the girl is awesome.
