Oh - I fucked up! Thanks for noticing! That's supposed to be the peruncle - number seven. I couldn't figure out where number 7 went!! Duh! I'll fix it tomorrow - I need to sleep now.
Oh that's just lovely! You are a wonderful artist. I'm in awe of people who can draw like this. 'Cause I sure can't :-D Stick people are my forte. hahaha
This is extremely cool! Whenever the novel and companion come out, I will scratch, claw, step on, climb over and beat away the crowd ahead of me in line to get my copies. :D
You'd need to wait till I made a set of instructions that weren't filled with mistakes! LOL!
I'm actually making a little encyclopaedia of Merfolk species, all drawn in nib pens and painfully illustrated. This is part of the 'rough' edit, so to speak. It'll have mermaid species from throughout the world (based on water spirit and fish-people legends I've come across) and maps to different Merfolk territories and so forth. And a chapter on general Mermaid biology, how they live, the exceptions to these rules and remarkable merfolk species (like the Selkies, the Dugonas of India and the Merrows of the deep sea).
