I missed Talk Like A Pirate Day? NEVAR!

What a year I been' havin'. Thar be a new Cap'n on the waters, or an old cap'n that I 'avn't 'ad the chance to run across yet, but now I 'ave, arrr, he fair stole my pirate heart! He be named Captain Tenninch, and he sails on his beautiful blue ship, the Tardis, and arr, he be a wiley an' mysterious fellow!
T'is a good thing I 'ave myself a mathematician on board. Cabin Boy Charlie can predict any trajectory that the fair Captain Tenninch might try to pull on us.
"I have yer coordinates set, me beauteous Cappin'!" cries my favourite little deck-scrubber.
We sailed on for days and it seemed we would never find that rascal of a captain!
As I lay in my cabin, pondering what I shall do when I get my hands on Captain Tenninch, one of my young new recruits knocked on the door. "Enter!" says I!
"Blue sail on the horizon," says the new recruit in a delicious and sexy Scottish brogue.
"Thank you NewRecruitWhoLooksJustLikeJamesMcAvoyAndThereforeMustWalkEverywhereShirtless!"
"Shall I be back for my nine o'clock oiling, Captain?"
"Yes! Sandalwood and Patchouli tonight, I think!"
"Very good Captain!"
"Let's see if this be the man we're after!"
I tells ya, it was a hard ship to chase down. I think we got his attention though, as the ship came about and we were hailed. I let 'em know I wished to meet with the captain. After a moment, he swung by rope onto my deck.
"Hello. You've been chasing me for miles. Something wrong?"
"No, everythin' be right," says I, "For ye now on my ship and I can proposition ye!"
Captain Tenninch cocked his head to the side and frowned, pursing his lips thoughtfully. "You... want to make a proposition? With me?"
"Arr, no!" I waved a hand, "I want to proposition ye!"
Captain Tenninch scratched behind his ear and looked thoroughly confused. "I'm not sure I-"
There was a whooshing sound and a fine figure of a man landed on deck. He nearly swept me fair off my feet!
"Captain Jack!" exclaimed Tenninch.
"Whatever you want do to Tenninch, you'll have to get past me first!" he cried ferociously.
"SHIVER me TIMBERS!" I cried, quivered with delight. "It BE MY DAY, methinks!"
The anger cleared on Captain Jack's face and he smirked slowly. "I'd say!"
Let it be said that it was a VERY good evening on the Little Dove!
Well, that be enough of my rambling me rotten little cabin rats! I hope ye had yerself a fair GOOD Talk Like a Pirate Day! On with the RUM and the WENCHES and the CABIN BOYS, CAPPIN'S and SAILORS!

I actually dressed up as a pirate and went out and got drunk. Which, I think, is a very, very piratey thing to do. Sadly I missed the day to post all Piratical in my journal, but fuck. I am SO much a pirate, you guys know it, I know it, I don't need to beat it into your poor heads any more now, do I? :D
Plus I have such a headache from the vodka I imbibed last night. Met up with my good friend Ebbie again (OH I love you, girl!) and we had a nice time at Formosa. I ate so much last night, I think I was going to explode! LOL!
I hope you all had wonderful TLAP days! My scallywaggin' love to you all!
