I LOVE squirrels. They're so freaking hilarious. Baker - my university, or the one that I go to...I don't exactly own it - has a ton of trees and therefore a ton of squirrels, and they're all super fat and unafraid of people. Sometimes they throw things at pedestrians. It's happened to me.

We also have a crazy squirrel in our backyard that comes onto our back deck and chews on this rug we have out there. Very bizarre.

Have you seen Over the Hedge? Because all this just reminds me of Hammy: "WHOA, I'M A CRAZY RABID SQUIRREL!"

I have been in a really weird state (which I like, it's a nice state, has plenty of padding and nice window where I can watch the birdies) for about two weeks. My sense of humor is on the fritz.

The old sense of humor is normally very low-key, but on occassion it has the tendency of coming completely out of left field.

Case in point: My mother and I were driving down an old country road one day when we both noticed a box on the side of road. Instead of being a normal human being and ignoring the box, my brain and therefore my mouth suddenly shouted out, "Oh, dear God, think of the kittens!"
