I've made double-choc choc-chip cookies with only a fraction of the butter that was asked and making up the difference with olive-oil margarine and sunflower oil. They are fantastic, really delicious! I put a handful of milo in it too, and it has a nice malty taste mixed up in the dark chocolate as well :D

Probably still terribly fattening but it's fulfilling my choccie urges nicely. Now if I can only get this period to actually START properly, things might be looking up.
