I was reading up on genuine ancient Egyptian curses, all of which are really not that terrifying. But I found this bit of text particularly amusing:

Some more unusual curses are the "Donkey Curse" which threaten the violator of the tomb with rape by a donkey, the animal of Seth.

Yeah, donkey-rape scares the shit out of me too.
