Just so you know...
Aug. 25th, 2006 06:59 amI really hate waking up at 4 or 5 in the morning with excrutiating gut pain. I can't sleep again because of it. Never mind that at that time of morning I'm usually starving because it's been ten hours since I last ate or something. And I need a pee. A huge pee. And I CAN'T sleep when I'm hungry or needing a pee! Well - I can't have sex or wank either if I'm needing food or a piss, but I definitely, DEFINITELY can't sleep either.
So I have to get up, go pee, eat a little snack of something to fill my stomach EVEN though it's thoroughly unhealthy for me to do so. THEN I can finally get some sleep again. But what happens when I fall asleep at 6am or so? I don't wake up till 4:30 in the afternoon for some INEXPLICABLE REASON!
AHH! RANDOM CAPS OF RAGE!!!
(I think I must have fell out of the wrong side of the bed this morning. Which is a really neat trick considering the 'wrong side' is flush up against a wall!)

it's only bad if it's pasta/carbohydrates.
icecream, chocolate, cheese, milk, hmmm yummy stuffs are all fine. perfectly fine.
