You may or may not have heard of bad_penny. They're noted for outing the bad laundry of some of HP fens most beloved BNFs, mostly H/Hr fen. (Jus' sayin'!)

Aaaanyhew... they drop the bomb with some really controversial exposures, then seem to be surprised when people outside of journalfen get mad and decide to take it to Real Life. Dog and hound the people that bad_penny exposed. Main mod gets mad, does some banination, some anti-mousination, some big scary loud wanky posts and reminds us that the internet is not a democracy.

I just have to say - information has no copyright. Facts are facts. And if you expose said facts, don't be surprised at what happens with said facts. You have NO control over it. The best you can do is say that you don't encourage it and shrug your shoulders. After all - you're not God. You're only telling the world what you know.

So, all in all, I find it amusing and not at all surprising that things would go this way. I don't really support anyone in this stouche. I'm just going to go play in my part of fandom that isn't batshit.

Uh, I couldn't look inside me for the necessary patience to read through the entire amount of comments. I read the main entries and a few of the comments on each page and that's it. I have a question - they out the bad laundry, as you put it, with the purpose to have fun because of it / at it / with it or just because they want to rant about it? I ask this because I want to know if they're actually supposed to sound so bitchy and well... So not funny.
