Mood dips

I keep having mood dips. I don't know why. It's a little disconcerting. I felt so awful this morning, yet I felt so good the night before. :( I wish I could shake these dumps, it's really hard.

I called the psych people that'll help me deal with everything while I'm sick, and I can't see them till June 19. Fuck. That's really useful, guys.

I just got to keep my head together, I guess.

Nice. Might I suggest looking into meditation. It can really help, even if all you do is put on some soothing music and close your eyes. It will help you focus and relax.
