I just want to be able to put a banner up behind a centred table layout. You know, like the_it_ship or whatever. I know how to make a background, I know how to move the table, I just need to be able to put the image ABOVE the table. If you can help me, lemme know cause I can't find anything on a header picture style anywhere. Bah.
