Xena has this habit of tearing up paper when she wants something. Somehow, she knows which pieces of paper mean the most to me, tittle trollop.

When I want to draw someone, I like to print up their picture. I'll print up a few different ones so I have a clear idea of what their features are doing, how their features sit. It's sort of like a computer programme examining an object from two different angles and then compositing it to make a three dimensional reconstruction. Point being - I had a piece of paper sitting on top of my sketchbook. In fact, I had LOTS of pieces of paper. There were naked people, Lockstock, printed commission texts, you name it. Guess which one my cat chose to tear into...





Now, either Xena REALLY hates me, or she REALLY loves David Krumholtz, cause dude... look. She drooled and chewed out his MOUTH.

Yes. Exactly. With the screaming when I put my hand on the bottom of her back (I've checked her over and over and she's perfectly healthy, she just hates me doing that), with the mounting the door when she wants out, and the hissing at people in odd moments for no real reason. Most of the time she's a darling but sometimes - eesh.

Awwww, don't worry, some pets are like that. I'm honestly not a cat person however this arvo when going to TAFE there was a black cat that seemed to wonderthe street. VEry skinny actually and shave legs like it got needles. Had me and my friends a bit worried but they stroked the cat then it came to me of all people, rubbed against my leg then dropped to the ground for a rub (almost sounds like my dog). :p

Well, you exhibited the right body language for a cat. In the cat world it's not polite to stare at them or come at them. That makes them think you're going to get them or dominate them or whatever. If you ignore them they think, "Ah, someone friendly!" cause you're not putting all your attention on it. Then they come over and say hi. :)

LOL, trust I'd be the one to still get the cat to come to me :p Today we went to the shops and a todler (she was adorable though) stood and stared at us and lost her mum so mum and I had to bring her to her mum... LOL, it was an adorable moment!

HAHAHA! My dog watches Bonanza with me! She loves the episodes with Walter (the dog in my icon)! And my kitty likes Reid from Criminal Minds! At least they have good taste!
