I'm starved of things to do.

I figure it might be fun reading out some of my fan-fics. I get to do some voice acting and accents and stuff, which is fun. The brit-pickers can laugh at me. Yay! If there's a story I haven't listen below that you're bustin' to hear me read, lemme know. IF you wanna hear me read anything at all, that is! LOL!
ETA: Somehow one of the options got cut out below, in the 'which fanfic' part. There should have been an 'other' option. If you DO want to choose other, just write it down in the box, or simply suggest a fic. If you chose a fic you don't want to hear, say so in a comment or something.
FUCK biscuits!!!
[Poll #680420]
ETA2: I will probably record myself reading out some fic later. Won't that be fun? Then you'll know what it'll sound like.

Date: 2006-02-27 08:16 pm (UTC)Sorry about that little rant there, I just hate getting sick so much! And it usually doesn't happen very often to me.
Anyway, sorry about the whining. But it does sound good, doesn't? Lmao. :p Listening to Harry and Hermione have sex on one's iPod. It's like it's just what the HP Gods intended. :D

Love,
Nancy.

Date: 2006-02-27 09:12 pm (UTC)You're welcome. I'm currently listening to your excerpt of The Snitch. It's very good, I love how you've taken the time time to "animate" each character, give them each their own voice. :)

Date: 2006-02-27 09:22 pm (UTC)You know, I didn't even think of it that way. I just always thought it's so much more fun to do it that way, plus, it may sound rather dull after awhile if you didn't. You have to put some emphasis here and there.
Lol! She sounds like it! I particularly enjoyed Hermione giggling, seeing as that's something she doesn't do very often, so when she does, it's quite funny.

Date: 2006-02-27 09:41 pm (UTC)I think it's so cool you going to, and can, do that. I don't think I could emulate someone's accent that well. Their voice pattern, yes, perhaps, but accents are a little more tricky. I usually find when I'm happily reciting the lines of the movie along with it, and find I can say it in the manner that they did, but the accent doesn't always match. I dunno, it's not something I practice or do seriously... it's just fun.
